Shipping at a glance
- Destinations: supported destinations in Europe and North America, as shown at checkout.
- Processing: 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
- Estimated transit: 7–15 business days after dispatch, in addition to processing time.
- Shipping charge: the amount displayed at checkout before payment. No unconditional storewide free shipping.

Returns at a glance
- Request a return: within 30 calendar days after delivery.
- Send it back: within 14 calendar days after notifying us.
- Condition: reasonable inspection and trying on are allowed. Opening packaging alone does not remove statutory rights.
- Return shipping: buyer pays for change of mind; Tapiocacine covers necessary return shipping for incorrect, damaged or faulty items.
- Refund: to the original payment method; applicable standard-delivery refunds and mandatory legal deadlines are respected.
Contact info@tapiocacine.com with your order number for the correct return address and instructions. Do not assume the company address is the return warehouse. Keep proof of posting.
